When you open HotJot you see a curated and crowd-sourced feed about what’s happening nearby that is sorted by distance from where you are. You can select a different location to see what’s going on in other areas too. Swipe left to see multiple posts from the same location with most recent posts first. Links to each business’s website, Instagram, Facebook, and review sites are available and open in-app. HotJot also provides directions and gives you the option to order an Uber to any location in your feed. This app is the premiere “city guide” for travelers and locals to find where the best restaurants, bars, retail locations, events, attractions, etc. are located while providing additional information about each location in one convenient spot for the user.
